You may activate your card using one of the following ways:

• Activation by Phone

Call 22 877477 until 21:00 on business days and until 22:00 on Saturday.
 

• Activation via Alpha 360 Web
  • ​Log in to Alpha 360 Web and select “Management” under the cards section
  • Select "Activate Card" from the menu
  • Select the card you wish to activate
  • Make sure the information on the screen is correct and then enter the expiry date written on the card you are holding
  • Press “Submit” to be redirected to the confirmation screen and then "Confirm" to complete the card activation process

• Activation via Alpha 360 Mobile
  • ​Log in to Alpha 360 Mobile and select the card you wish to activate from the overview screen. Click on the "Activate Card" option
  • Make sure the number and name shown on the screen are correct and then enter the expiry date written on the card you are holding
  • Press “Submit“ to be redirected to the confirmation screen and then "Confirm" to complete the card activation process

• Activation through an ATM

Activate your card at any of the Bank’s ATMs in Cyprus, by selecting "Card Activation"
 

• Activation via a POS terminal

Make a Chip & PIN payment at any POS terminal within the European Union.

This activation is only available for cards issued due to renewal or damage.
It is not available for new cards or renewed cards issued due to loss or theft.

The activation of the card takes place only in the first transaction at a POS terminal, whether it is a contactless transaction or a chip transaction (contact). In the case of a contactless transaction, the system shall recognize that the card is deactivated and will require the Cardholder to enter his or her PIN.

Additional cards may be activated independently of the main card.
