Alpha Domestic Fire and Related Risks is addressed to owners or tenants of houses, appartments, cottages and houses or appartments under construction or under renovation and covers the property from the risks of fire, earthquake, flood etc.

Coverage of damages to buildings and/or contents caused by fire and other relevant risks
Includes a 'new for old' compensation clause to protect your property value
Especially for borrowers that have mortgaged their real estate, the Bank subsidies the premium for the first year under certain circumstances

The Bank shall, for the first year of the contract, subsidize the portion of the fire risk premium (0,90%) provided that:

A mortgage loan is provided through mortgage lending plans and insurance is secured when the loan is granted
The insurance relates to the replacement in the middle or expiry of an existing contract with another company
In these cases the offer is valid for up to one year after the loan has been granted
