The “Channels of Card Use” service allows you to easily enable or disable your card use channels in real-time.

The service offers three main functions:

Internet Transactions:

Enables or disables all online transactions, including digital wallets and recurring payments (e.g. Netflix, Spotify).

Standing orders and incoming payments will continue to be processed.

Card-present transaction:

Enables or disables all card transactions that require a physical presence, including contactless and chip-and-PIN transactions.

Card use at an ATM:

Enables or disables ATM cash withdrawals.

Cash and check deposits and balance checks remain in effect.

An SMS message shall be sent for each of the above actions to inform the cardholder.
