Alpha Bank Cyprus Ltd signed a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) with AstroBank for the transfer of substantially the whole of the latter’s banking operations to Alpha Bank. The legal transfer has been completed.

Alpha Bank Cyprus Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Alpha Bank S.A. and the acquisition is in full alignment with Alpha Bank Group’s strategic objective to strengthen its presence and financial position in the Cypriot market.
