Welcome the upgraded PIN by SMS service!

For this reason, we have created the PIN by SMS service designed to send your card’s PIN to your mobile phone, easily and securely.

You may request your card’s PIN to be reissued via the Alpha 360 Web as follows:

• Select "Management" under the Cards section
• Select "Reissue PIN" from the menu
• Choose the card for which you wish to reissue the PIN and make sure that the information displayed on the screen is correct. Then enter the expiry date written on the card you are holding
• Press “Submit" to be redirected to the confirmation screen and then "Confirm" to complete the process.

In case you have forgotten your card’s PIN, you may retrieve it as follows:

• Via the Alpha 360 Mobile:
  • Select the card for which the PIN is to be sent
  • Tap the “PIN Reminder” icon
  • Make sure the phone number displayed is correct
  • Tap "PIN Reminder by SMS"
  • You will soon receive a message with your card’s PIN.
• By calling the Customer Service Center at 22877477.
• At any Branch of the Bank’s network.

How to manage your PIN:

• Memorize your PIN and then delete the related SMS.

If you wish to change the number of the mobile phone on which you will receive SMS, you may visit any Branch of the Bank’s Network to arrange it. You may then request for your PIN to be sent to your new mobile number.

The new service is offered free of charge.
