The ‘Card Replacement’ service allows you to submit a request for loss, theft, name change, damage or expiration of your credit or debit card, easily and instantly, via Alpha 360 Web and Alpha 360 Mobile.
Do you need a new card because of theft, loss, expiration, damage, incorrect details or attempted unauthorised transactions (fraud)?
The Card Reissue service allows you to submit your request easily and instantly, via either Alpha 360 Web or the Alpha 360 Mobile app.
Before submitting your request, please bear in mind the following:
For security reasons, your card will be deactivated as soon as you submit your request in cases of theft, loss or attempted unauthorised transactions (fraud). You will not be able to use it until you receive the new card.
The reissue of the card is subject to a fee, in accordance with the provisions of the Bank's Charges Catalogue applicable at the time.
You will need to know the number of the card you wish to replace.
In case you have submitted a reissue request, you will need to indicate the Bank Branch from which you would like to collect the new card.
Replacement of your card via Alpha 360 Web:
Login to Alpha 360 Web and select “Management” in the Cards section.
From the clickable dropdown menu, select the reason you would like to replace your card.
Select the card you would like to replace.
The 16-digit card number or the friendly name of the card (if registered) and the cardholder’s full name are automatically filled in.
Make sure that the details displayed on the screen are correct.
In cases where card reissuance is available, please select "Yes" and then specify the Bank Branch from which you would like to collect it. Otherwise, select "No"
Confirm the details of your request and press "Confirm" so that it can be forwarded to your servicing Branch for processing and execution.
Replacement of your card via Alpha 360 Mobile:
Login to Alpha 360 Mobile and select the card you would like to replace from the preview screen.
Select “Actions” and then “Card reissue”.
You will be transferred to the screen with the card details, 16-digit card number or the friendly name of the card (if registered), the full name.
From the clickable dropdown menu, select the reason you would like to replace your card.
Make sure that the details on the screen have been entered correctly and press "Submit".
Your request has been forwarded to your servicing Branch for processing and execution.
