Download Alpha 360 Mobile on your mobile from:

Install the app on your mobile and choose “Login”. Enter your credentials (username and password) to log in.

If you are an Alpha Bank customer and you have not yet registered for Alpha 360, you can select
"New User? Register now" to instantly receive your credentials and access your accounts.

Follow the steps

Log in to Alpha 360 Mobile
Create a 4-digit PIN for quick access and select "Next"
Re-enter the 4-digit PIN for confirmation and select "Next"
Enter the 6-digit verification code you received.
Enable Touch ID or Face ID if desired.
You will be redirected to the "Login" screen.

For security reasons, you will not be able to receive immediately Push Notifications or scan QR codes on your new device for approving transactions via Alpha 360 or online purchases with your Alpha Bank card. You will be able to activate the strong customer authentication service "Alpha SecureCode" and proceed with transaction approvals after 24 hours.

Change Secret Password

Users are able to change passwords and retrieve user ID via mobile phone, easily and quickly.

From the Login Screen select "Recover Login Details" and follow the steps below :

Step 1
Fill in your personal details:

Fill in your passport or ID number and press “Continue”
Fill in your date of birth and press “Continue”
·Press “Continue”.

Step 2
Confirm your mobile phone
Fill in your phone number.

A 6-digit code will be sent to you via SMS. If you don’t receive it you may request a resend
Enter the 6-digit code.

Step 3
Confirm your email:

A 6-digit code will be sent to your email. If you don’t receive it you may request a resend
Enter the 6-digit code.

Step 4
Recover the User ID and/or change the Secret Password

Your Alpha 360 Web and Alpha 360 Mobile user IDs will be displayed. You may choose to be directed to the Login Screen to login using one of them
If you have forgotten your secret password, you may choose to change it for a specific user ID
By choosing to change the Secret Password, you will be asked to enter the new password based on the criteria listed, and then confirm the password by re-entering it.

Choose among 3 ways to quickly access the application: a) use of your fingerprint (Touch ID), b) Face ID, or c) your personal code (PIN) without the need to enter your User ID.
