Incoming Transfer fees in Euro ~ No fees for transfers up to €25,000.
Outgoing Transfer fees towards EU/EEA in Euro (via Alpha 360) ~ Free transfers ≤ €10,000 per transaction. The discount applies to the remittance Processing Fee.
Outgoing Transfers fees outside the EU/ EEA (via Alpha 360) ~ ≤ €50,000: €15 per transaction for transfers in Euro. The discount applies to the remittance Processing Fee.

Execution of direct debits without Bank charges.
Refund of the annual subscription fee of the Platinum Business Debit Mastercard debit card provided the card has been used for transactions totaling €10,000 (applies to all the cards).
Annual Limit Review fee ~ 0.25% on the revised limit, for a minimum of €50 and a maximum of €600.
Refund of the package subscription fee based on the overall cooperation with the Bank ~ Average monthly account balance maintained at ≥ €50,000.
Annual Auditors’ Report ~ 50% discount for the account linked to the package.
The “myAlpha Business” Subscription Packages have been designed to offer Small Businesses privileged benefits and flexibility in their banking transactions.
This section describes the characteristics and terms that govern the provision of the “myAlpha Business” Subscription Packages.
1. Beneficiaries and Participation Requirements
The “myAlpha Business” Subscription Packages are addressed exclusively to Small Businesses served by the Retail Banking Business Area of Alpha Bank Cyprus Ltd (the “Bank”). Small Businesses are companies approved for servicing by the Retail Banking Division Business Area.
The “myAlpha Business” Subscription Packages are only offered in combination with corporate current accounts in euro (€).
The Small Business-Customer must maintain an active subscription to the Alpha360 e-banking platform.
2. Selection, Activation and Management of Subscription Packages
Each Customer may select one or more Subscription Packages.
Each Subscription Package may only be connected to one (1) account.
The Subscription Package is activated automatically on the day following the submission of the relevant request by the Customer.
If the activation request is submitted after the 21st of the month, the first subscription is charged on the first business day of the following month.
The deactivation of the Subscription Package takes effect on the first business day of the month following the Customer’s request.
3. Subscriptions, Benefits and Charges
The Customer gives the Bank an irrevocable order and authorisation to charge the connected account with the subscription corresponding to the Subscription Package selected.
The monthly subscription is charged irrespective of account balance availability.
Services not included in the Subscription Packages are charged in accordance with the Charges Catalogue as applicable at the time.
4. Subscription Refunds
The monthly subscription is refunded provided the account has maintained a specific average balance during the previous month. The refund is made on the first (1st) business day of the following month (depending on the package).
The subscription for the “Platinum Business Debit Mastercard” debit card (where applicable) is refunded yearly. Transactions under merchant categories “Card Top Ups” and “Gambling”, based on the respective merchant category codes of the international Visa and Mastercard organisations as well as the acquirers, are exempted from the relevant calculation.
5. Overdraft Limit
Option to apply for Overdraft Limit. The Customer’s request shall be assessed based on the Bank’s credit criteria and the Customer’s creditworthiness.
6. Amendment of Terms and Customer Notification
The Bank may amend and/or complement and/or abolish the “myAlpha Business” Subscription Packages in accordance with its applicable policy at the time.
The Customer shall be notified of any amendment and/or addition or potential abolition of the Subscription Packages in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Provision and Use of Payment Services and Access to Payment Systems of 2018 (Law 31(I)/2018), as amended from time to time, using a “durable medium” as defined in the Law, including, but not limited to, combined notification via Alpha 360 Web (Ex-Astro Web) e-banking and SMS, as well as through its official website.
Date of Entry into Force
These terms shall enter into force on 01.08.2025.
