You will receive the new AlphaBankMastercardin replacement of your old AegeanVisacard and:
As soon as you activate the new card, you can start using it for your purchases anywhere in the world
You can activate your new card via Alpha 360 Web or Alpha 360 Mobile, at an Alpha Bank ATM or by calling the Bank's Call Center at 8000-3333 (free local calls) or +357 22888333 (international calls).

If you have not already received your new card, it is on its way and you will receive it by post very soon.
What do I need to do when I receive my new Mastercard?
1. Activate it
Activate the new Mastercard by 24 July 2024:
Via Alpha 360 Web or Alpha 360 Mobile
At an Alpha Bank ATM
By calling the Bank's Call Center at 8000-3333 (free local calls) or +357 22888333 (international calls).
2. Notify the businesses with which you have direct debit arrangements
Once you receive your new Mastercard, please contact the businesses with which you have direct debit arrangements (e.g. mobile phone companies, insurance companies, etc.), to notify them of your new card number.
