Alpha Bank Cyprus implements the “INTERNSHIP” Program across selected Departments and Branches, aiming to provide students with the opportunity to gain firsthand experience of the banking sector and support their professional development.
 
The program is open to students from universities in Cyprus and abroad, offering them the chance to acquire practical work experience, gain insight into the operations of a modern banking institution, and apply their academic knowledge in real-life settings.
 
Throughout their internship, participants develop key professional skills, including effective communication, problem-solving, and teamwork, while also enhancing their CVs and establishing valuable professional networks.
