If you are an existing Customer of Alpha Bank and you wish to access updates on your accounts and carry out your transactions digitally, you can now do this easily, quickly and securely, wherever you are!

All you have to do is install the “Alpha Bank CY” app on your mobile phone. Once you do this, you will be authenticated using your passport or identity card details, your date of birth, the details of your Alpha Bank card, your mobile phone number and your email address.

With Alpha 360, you can carry out your transactions digitally, quickly and securely, taking full control of your finances anytime, anywhere.

Step 1 | Download the app

Download the “Alpha Bank CY” app on your mobile phone.

Step 2 | Enter your details

Enter your identity card or passport number, your date of birth, the number of your Alpha Bank card and two of the digits of your 4-digit PIN. Confirm your mobile phone number and email address and fill in the one-time 6-digit passwords that will be sent to you automatically by SMS and email.

Step 3 | Complete the process

The process is almost complete. Fill in your personal password and you are all set! You can now connect to Alpha 360 Web from your computer or mobile phone.

What do I need to complete the process?
The process is simple and quick. All you need to do is fill in some personal details and the one-time passwords that will automatically be sent to you by SMS and email. I am not a Customer of Alpha Bank. Can I still access Alpha 360 Web through the Online registration?
In order to access Alpha 360 Web through Online registration you must be a Customer of Alpha Bank. You can now open an account with Alpha Bank in a simple, quick and easy way using Alpha Easy 2 Open. This will automatically give you access to Alpha 360 Web.
