Change Secret Password

Users are able to change passwords and retrieve user ID via mobile phone, easily and quickly.

From the Login Screen select "Recover Login Details" and follow the steps below :

Step 1
Fill in your personal details:

• Fill in your passport or ID number and press “Continue”
• Fill in your date of birth and press “Continue”
• Fill in the number of one of your debit or credit cards and enter the 2 out of 4 digits of its PIN that will be requested
• ·Press “Continue”.

Step 2
Confirm your mobile phone
Fill in your phone number.

• A 6-digit code will be sent to you via SMS. If you don’t receive it you may request a resend
• Enter the 6-digit code.

Step 3
Confirm your email:

• Fill in your email and press “Continue”
• A 6-digit code will be sent to your email. If you don’t receive it you may request a resend
• Enter the 6-digit code.

Step 4
Recover the User ID and/or change the Secret Password

• Your Alpha 360 Web and Alpha 360 Mobile user IDs will be displayed. You may choose to be directed to the Login Screen to login using one of them
• If you have forgotten your secret password, you may choose to change it for a specific user ID
• By choosing to change the Secret Password, you will be asked to enter the new password based on the criteria listed, and then confirm the password by re-entering it.
