Instant Cardless withdrawals

Ex-AstroBank instant cash is a free of charge service that allows you to make a withdrawal without a card from any:

• Ex-AstroBank ATM 
• Euronet ATM in Cyprus.

You can create an Ex-AstroBank instant cash code at:

• Ex-AstroBank Internet Banking
• Ex-AstroBank Mobile app

You will receive your instant cash code at the mobile you have declared at Ex-AstroBank.
The withdrawal limit using ex-AstroBank instant cash is not related to the debit card limit. Thus, you can make a cash withdrawal using ex-AstroBank instant cash even if you have reached your daily withdrawal limit at your card.

When you create an ex-AstroBank instant cash code at ex-AstroBank Internet Banking or ex-AstroBank Mobile app, you can select any account you have at ex-AstroBank, not only the accounts that are linked to your debit card.
 
In order to create an ex-AstroBank instant cash code, you need to:

• Set the amount you want to withdrawal (up to €600 per day, €3,000 per month).
• The amount you have set will not be ceased from your account.
• Your selected account at Ex-AstroBank will be charged with the withdrawal.
• The time Ex-AstroBank instant cash will be valid is up to you (from 1 hour up to 24 hours).
• Your account will be charged only at cash withdrawal (if there are sufficient funds).

• If you wish to re-issue your card, you will need to visit one of our branches in order to do so. 

In the case of ATM withholding your card:

• Your card is automatically deactivated and in order to re-issue it you would need to visit one of our branches in order to do so.

Ex-AstroBank being faced with the challenges of this contemporary era, and in an attempt to adapt to the changing conditions of the industry, has moved forward with the project "Paperless Cashier" implemented in all of its branches. The new digital service offers a unique experience of executing in-branch transactions over the counter, improving the quality-of-service customers as well as lead times.  Additionally, this service enhances the environmental consciousness of ex-AstroBank, since till transactions can now be performed with significant decrease if usage of disposable materials, like paper and ink. The whole procedure is not only innovative technologically, but is also friendly towards the environment and is a crucial part of the overall Corporate Social Responsibility strategy of the Bank.

What is the Paperless Cashier service and what does it provide to the customer?

The customer visiting an ex-AstroBank branch to perform over-the-counter transactions (deposits, withdrawals, funds transfers etc.) signs on a tablet instead of paper. The digitally-signed transaction is then sent to the personal email of the customer giving them the option to save it on their desktop or on their mobile device for easy a future search. In the case the customer does not wish to receive the receipt electronically, they can request for a printed receipt.
