Alpha 360 & SecureCode
By installing Alpha 360 Mobile (Alpha Bank CY Mobile App) in advance, you will be able to:
- Be ready to access your accounts as soon as they become available on the platform
- Familiarize yourself with the new Alpha Bank Cyprus digital banking environment
- Activate Alpha SecureCode, as soon as you are notified, which is required for the secure approval of electronic transactions.
Access to your ex-AstroBank accounts through the Alpha 360 Web and Alpha 360 Mobile will be available once the systems integration has been fully completed.
To ensure a smooth transition and uninterrupted use of your ex-AstroBank accounts and cards once they become available, we recommend that you install Alpha 360 Mobile (Alpha Bank CY Mobile App), and activate Alpha SecureCode, as soon as the Bank notifies you.
- Download Alpha 360 Mobile (Alpha Bank CY Mobile App) from the App Store or Google Play
- Select "Login"
- Enter your current ex-AstroBank User ID and password
- Create your personal 4-digit PIN
- Confirm your PIN
Alpha SecureCode is Alpha Bank's Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) service.
It is used to securely authorise:
- Money transfers
- Payments
- Remittances
- Standing orders
- Online card purchases
To activate Alpha SecureCode as soon as you are notified:
- Install and activate Alpha 360 Mobile (Alpha Bank CY Mobile App).
- Log in using your credentials.
- Create your personal 4-digit PIN.
- Enable Push Notifications on your device.
Once your device has been activated, you will be able to use Alpha SecureCode to approve transactions.
Important: For security reasons, when Alpha 360 is activated on a new device, transaction approval through Push Notifications becomes available 24 hours after the initial activation. for this reason, we strongly encourage you to complete the installation and activation of Alpha 360 Mobile (Alpha Bank CY Mobile App) as soon as possible, so that you are fully prepared for the transition to the new Alpha Bank banking experience.
