4) Is this a merger?
No. This is a transfer of business activity, not a legal merger. Alpha Bank Cyprus will become the sole legal owner of the transferred banking operations.
5) Will there be any service disruption during the transition?

Common Customers (Alpha Bank/ AstroBank)
1) I am a customer of both Alpha Bank and AstroBank. How will I be affected?
If you are a customer of both banks and hold accounts, loans, or cards, you may continue using your services as usual. Your banking relationships with Alpha Bank Cyprus and AstroBank currently remain separate and unaffected. Any changes will only take place after the completion of the legal process and in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
2) I have loans or credit cards with both banks. Will they be merged?
No. Your existing credit facilities with Alpha Bank Cyprus and AstroBank will remain as they are, under their current terms. After the system integration, there will be no consolidation of your loans or credit cards. Any future consolidation options will be communicated to you and will only proceed with your consent. Any changes will take place only after the legal transfer is completed and in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
3) Will I need to use two different apps or bank cards?
Yes, for now you will continue using the separate platforms, cards, and services of Alpha Bank Cyprus and AstroBank. Following the transfer, Alpha Bank Cyprus may explore service unification to enhance customer convenience. Any updates or required actions will be clearly communicated to you in advance. All changes will take place only after the legal completion of the transaction and in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
