The “Card Lock / Unlock” service allows you to quickly and easily disable all your card transactions in real time. This feature provides enhanced security in cases such as fraud or card loss.
This service includes:
- Disabling for all purchases
- Disabling the use of the card for online transactions, in-person transactions, ATM withdrawals or any subscription services
- SMS notifications for any card locking or unlocking action.
You may temporarily lock your card using these simple and quick steps:
- Select the card you wish to lock from the overview screen
- Tap the “Lock” icon.
A warning message will appear, informing you of the services that will be disabled as a result of the card being locked.
If you agree, press “Confirm” to complete the process.
Your card is now locked.
Transactions from all channels (ATM, POS, digital wallets, e-commerce) will be automatically rejected.
