Appeals Committee for Restructuring/Rescheduling

Alpha Bank Cyprus Ltd has established the Appeals Committee which is responsible for all customer appeals regarding restructuring/ rescheduling.

The ways by which Alpha Bank customers may submit their appeals are outlined below:

Borrowers who wish to submit an appeal must do that in writing by filling out the Submission of Appeal on Restructuring Form.

The form should be completed in full, signed by the borrower, and sent with all supporting documents.

The form is also available in all bank branches.

Upon receipt of any objection, the Bank is responsible for notification of receipt within twenty one (21) days and reply within two (2) months from its receipt.
