1. Activate it

Activate the new Mastercard by 24 July 2024:

• Via Alpha 360 Web or Alpha 360 Mobile
• At an Alpha Bank ATM
• By calling the Bank's Call Center at 8000-3333 (free local calls) or +357 22888333 (international calls).

 

       2. Notify the businesses with which you have direct debit arrangements

Once you receive your new Mastercard, please contact the businesses with which you have direct debit arrangements (e.g. mobile phone companies, insurance companies, etc.), to notify them of your new card number.
