Recruitment Procedures

Recruitment & selection at Alpha Bank is conducted according to certain procedures as follows:

1. Submission of application
After you have completed the above form, send it to the address: ALPHA BANK CYPRUS LTD, Human Resources Division, P.O.Box 21661, 1596 Nicosia. 
 
Alternatively, you can obtain the Application Form at any Alpha Bank branch or directly from the Human Resources Division, tel. 22888733.

JOB APPLICATION EVALUATION
The Human Resources Division examines the applications. Applicants are expected to meet certain minimum requirements based on certain job openings. There are two categories of positions: 

  • Clerical positions
    The minimum requirements are:
    • School leaving certificate with a minimum average grade of 16/20, or College degree, or University degree.
    • Very good knowledge of the Greek and English language
    • Army Leaving Certificate (for male applicants)
    • Basic Computer Knowledge
    • Certification of good health

  • Postgraduate positions
    The minimum requirements are:

    • School leaving certificate with a minimum average grade of 16/20
    • University degree
    • Postgraduate/ Masters degree
    • Very good Knowledge of the Greek and English Language
    • Army Leaving Certificate (for male applicants)
    • Basic Computer Knowledge
    • Certification of good health
 
2. Exams
Applicants who meet the above requirements are invited to take a written exam.
 
 
3. Interview
Applicants who pass the exam are invited to an interview.
