Application Process Stages
After submitting your issue, Alpha Bank’s Cyprus Quality Assurance Services will immediately start the review process, which consists of the following steps:
- Receipt of case / Informing the Customer
- Investigation of the issue
- Resolution of the issue
- Final response to the Customer
Alpha Bank’s Cyprus Quality Assurance Services will keep you updated regarding the process of your case, using the contact details you have provided the Bank in writing (email or regular mail).
Our goal is to revert to you with a resolution of your issue the soonest possible and by all means within 2 weeks from the day you submitted the case to Quality Assurance Services. If extra time is required, due to potential complexity encountered during our investigation, we will inform you immediately.
