Alpha PC Banking is a service we provide to our customers that execute a large number of transactions monthly. The software is installed ïn the premises of the company and allows the users to perform transactions from the convenience of their office.
Services Offered:Alpha Express Banking through Alpha PC Banking services enables you to:

User access level:
Through Alpha PC Banking, users can have different access rights when accessing the application. This feature allows usage of Alpha PC Banking in business environment where execution of transactions is performed through several stages.

The approved transactions can be sent to Alpha Bank Cyprus Ltd electronically through users of Alpha PC Banking that hold a Verfier or Administrator Access. The user must have the access codes provided for Alpha Express Banking and Authorisation or Full Access level in Alpha Web Banking (see section "Alpha Web Banking - User Access Levels").

The minimum hardware and software requirements for use of Alpha PC Banking are:

The following measures are applied to offer secure and safe on-line transactions:

Secrecy and unchanging nature of data:
- Data security is achieved through a strong encryption protocol

Alpha PC Banking user authenticity:
- The authenticity of Alpha PC Banking is assured with the registration of the software with a serial number

User and Transaction authenticity
- To gain access to Alpha PC Banking User Name and Password are required
- For sending approved payments to Alpha Bank for execution, the following Alpha Express Banking codes are required: User ID, PIN, ÏÔP.
